Membership on the Honor Guard is strictly voluntary. Individuals interested in becoming a member of the Honor Guard must meet the followings requirements:

• Possess A Volunttering Attitude
• Completed Career Development Coursework (CDC's)
• Approval of Supervisor, 1st Sergeant & Commander
• Strictly comply with uniform and fitness standards
• No unfavorable information files, disciplinary, or adverse administrative action pending

Volunttering has its rewards...

• Participation at special functions and events
• Honor Guard Coin
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual recongnition
• Full Ceremonial Uniform
• Free Dry Cleaning of Ceremonial Uniform
• Air Force Acchievement Medal, if approprate, after one full year of honorable service on the team and meeting the minimum requirements.
• BAS at the option of the Honor Guard Member (dormitory residents)
• Incentive flights (as available)
• Sense of pride, dedication and tradition as "Ambassadors in Blue" to the military and civilian community
